Tensions are running high among Arsenal fans after a controversial prophecy by a Nigerian pastor who predicted their team’s Champions League exit in the semi final.

Pastor Papa Frank Lloyd of Light Bearers International Ministry in Port Harcourt declared that Arsenal would be knocked out by PSG, and that Barcelona would go on to lift the trophy.

According to the pastor, he had a vision where Barcelona defeated Inter Milan in one semi-final, while PSG eliminated Arsenal in the other. In the final, Barcelona emerged victorious over PSG.

I am seeing an elongated time, but at the end, I am seeing PSG prevailing, and I am seeing Spain and France in the final. “I am seeing France close to it, but I saw Spain snatching it.”

The prophecy has sparked outrage among Arsenal supporters, with some fans reportedly so disheartened they’ve vowed to leave the pastor’s church. Critics have urged Pastor Lloyd to stick to preaching rather than making football predictions, while others warned he should be prepared for backlash if his vision fails to come true.
