Thiago Silva sends message to Chelsea players after the Conference League success

It was all excitement in London and across the world of Chelsea fans, as Chelsea completed the full set of European trophies as they routed Real Betis 4-1 in the Conference League final.

After the victory against betis, the London Giants became the first team to win all four European trophies, having already won the Champions League, Europa League and UEFA Super Cup.

Meanwhile, ex Chelsea defender and fans favorite, Thiago Silva sends a strong IG message after the fulltime as Chelsea lift yet another European trophy

In celebration at full time Silva posted… “European Champions again!!!” on IG clearly reminiscing about their famous victory against Manchester City in Porto where he was involved as they lifted the champions League trophy

The Brazilian started the game under Thomas Tuchel, however was left in tears when he was forced off due to injury in the first half.

However, he was able to cap off an illustrious career with a European trophy, something which all of the current Chelsea players can say they have now achieved.
